OMSAS GPA calculator (and OLSAS)

Frequently asked questions

How is OMSAS GPA calculated?

Each course grade is converted to the OUAC 4.0 scale, multiplied by the course length (0.5 for one term, 1.0 for full year), then averaged.

What is 85% in OMSAS GPA?

85–89% converts to 3.9 on the OUAC percentage scale.

Does OLSAS use the same scale?

Yes. OLSAS (law) uses OUAC's conversion tables too.
